Certified KMI Structural Integration - 90 Minute Session

This treatment is geared toward restoring posture and alignment to the whole body, correcting chronic holding patterns, and improving joint range of motion through the manipulation of connective tissue and muscle, done in twelve specific sessions. Each session addresses a specific component of the body for realignment, and completing the twelve sessions is vital for optimum results of the therapy. This treatment is done while wearing a bathing suit or underwear (and bra), and viewing by the therapist in this attire is required to assess your body's progression with the therapy. KMI sessions are always 90 minutes in length.
