What precautions are you taking with COVID-19?

We take the COVID-19 global pandemic very seriously and have taken many precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Clients are asked to complete an online pre-screening regarding exposure or symptoms before each appointment. If you have been directly exposed, have taken a test, or are running a fever (or presenting with other COVID-19 symptoms) you must cancel your appointment.

At our Tempe office, we require clients and therapists to wear masks, we do not allow guests to wait in our waiting room while a client is having a treatment, and we ask that clients enter the Studio at their treatment time to minimize the amount of people in the office at the same time. We disinfect everything the client or therapist touches after a session with a disinfectant that is on the EPA’s N-list for COVID-19. We also have fans and BlueAir purifiers in each treatment room that are highly rated for COVID-19. Our therapists masks have HEPA filter inserts in them for added protection, and we have touchless sanitizer and soap dispensers for client use. We also sterilize our pens, styluses and devices in a PhoneSoap UV-C sterilizer.

Our treatment rooms in our Gilbert satellite location are disinfected the same as in Tempe and we adhere to all protocols set forth in Tempe, including all therapists and clients being required to wear masks. Because this location is within a physical therapy clinic, there are many shared amenities within the space. If you prefer a self-contained environment, please schedule your session in Tempe.
